Weekly Training Sessions

I purchased the software about 6 months ago as we expanded our deck design/build business to include outdoor living areas (pavers/retaining walls/kitchens/and the landscape to go along with it). My designer and myself have found it easier to just draw the design by hand as the program seems a bit complicated to us. We had the same issue with our deck design program at first, but they offered several free training sessions when we first purchased and they also offer weekly online training sessions on different aspects of the program in which all users have the ability to participate in.

I would really like to bring Earthscapes on board as a fulltime software design program in our business, but really feel that it is much more complicated than we originally thought. Any chance that some weekly or biweekly online training can be provided?

Great suggestion! A strong focus for Visual Impact, in the upcoming months, is to strengthen the EARTHSCAPES user community. As you have witnessed, the EARTHSCAPES forum is one component in the efforts to acheive this goal. Other features to watch out for are 'Tip of the Week' and additional training materials posted online. Announcements will be delivered via email.
